These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gozo Sightseeing website and your purchase of tickets for our hop-on hop-off bus tours. By booking a tour or using our website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

The tours and this website are operated by Gozo Sightseeing Ltd., Gozo, Malta. You can contact us at [email protected] or +356 7909 3696.

2. Bookings and tickets

  • A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email with your ticket.
  • Tickets are valid only for the date selected during booking, unless otherwise stated. A day ticket allows unlimited hop-on hop-off travel on our route for the calendar day of travel.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate booking details. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information you supply.
  • Tickets are personal to the named passengers and may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

4. Cancellations, changes and refunds

  • You may reschedule or cancel your booking using the “Manage Booking” page, subject to the conditions shown at the time of booking.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations are returned to your original payment method within a reasonable period.
  • If we cancel a tour due to circumstances within our control, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
  • No refund is due for unused tickets, missed departures, or partial use of a valid ticket.

5. Service changes and disruptions

Timetables, routes and stops are indicative and may change without notice. We may suspend, delay or alter services due to weather, road conditions, ferry schedules, maintenance, public events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). We will not be liable for losses caused by such disruptions but will make reasonable efforts to minimise inconvenience.

6. Passenger conduct and safety

  • Follow the instructions of our staff and drivers at all times.
  • We may refuse travel to, or remove, any passenger whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disruptive, without a refund.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the tour. Please take care on open-top decks and while boarding or alighting.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to Gozo Sightseeing Ltd. and may not be reproduced without our permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
